How it works

Your own people, wherever the asset is. Engineers and apprentices use the same flow. You do not have to send a specialist.

   Pick the room

   Client, building, floor and room come first. The next asset is recorded against that room. If someone else is already in it, the app flags it. It does not lock the room.

   Photograph the asset

   The phone shows how to take the shot. That picture fills the record. A data plate is optional. They add the serial number and the asset tag, and they check the dates, then approve it.

   They approve the record

   The person on site checks it and approves it, in 60 seconds. AssetSnap triages the data. The client can look if they want to. It is designed so they do not need to.
