The full capture workflow

The Snap-Certified seal is a check, not a badge collection.

Every export can carry the seal. It means three things were true of that record.

Snap-Certified. Clean, concise, correct.

  • Seen in the room

    The record was captured on site. If someone else is already in that room, the app flags it, so the same work is not done twice by accident. It does not lock the room.

  • Named from the photo

    The photograph fills the record. A data plate is optional. It tightens that read, and it reads whatever is printed on the plate.

  • Checked by a person

    The person on site checks the record and approves it. Someone in triage can then correct it before the record carries the Snap-Certified seal.
